    Hi @cece101,

It appears that there is an error occurring on your site here: https://p.tri.be/82QjX8

I would recommend increasing your memory size as the first step. Your hosting provider may be able to assist you with this.

    I hope that helps!

    Thanks,
    Jaime

    Hi @cece101,

Great, I was able to see this issue occurring on your site now.

Can you take a screenshot of what that venue looks like on that backend?

Make sure that you have the map link checked as well.

    Thanks,
    Jaime

    Hi @cece101,

Can you try adding the coordinates for the venue and see if that helps?

Weird but there is not option to use coordinates. Is that in the free version too? See attached screenshot from a. few comments back. there is no coordinates section below “show google map links”. Please help. I would be happy to use coordinated if I could find that option in the plugin.

    Hello,

i have the same issue and there is no option to enter the coordonates.

I see these files in “Edit Venue” and the option in settings is chek to enable Google maps. The API Key is the Calendar event one.

    Address:
    City:
    Country:
    State or Province:
    Postal Code:
    Phone:
    Website:
    Show Map: yes
    Show Map Link: yes

    Can you help us please?
