• Thanks to the work of a contributor who’s wife is a plugin user, we could almost translate all strings to German. The language packs for de_DE_default and de_DE_formal have been generated and provided as an update via the WordPress dashboard.

    Unfortunately your plugin doesn’t use the www.remarpro.com language packs, but the pre-packaged ones which are not properly translated in German and most of the strings are not translated.

    Is there a way to adjust the plugin to use the translations from WordPress’ GlotPress?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @jensratzel,

    About the GlotPress, I think it takes some time to update translation strings, because I see on this page the language pack have been translated 96%.

    @vicolaspetru Thanks for getting back.
    As all translations have already been approved by a GTE (= me), the language packs were generated and provided to the plugin users last week (I can see the language packs on my testing web server within the wp-content/languages/plugins directory).

    Please find further information on how to internationalize your plugin and the benefits of language packs.

    I hope that helps you to adjust your plugin and benefit from existing translations from translate.www.remarpro.com.
    Don’t hesitate to get back to me.
