Thanks for your support question!

A button with a Viber action will only open the app if the user has the app installed on their phone.

If they don’t have the Viber app it would not do anything.

We can perhaps add a warning if the app is not installed in the future.

It seems like the + in front of the number isn’t needed and it’s causing it not to open the app.

Could you try removing the +?
