No one is getting my blog!

I started my blog in July, but no one has received it! My tech guy installed Mail Chimp, but it still doesn’t work. Could it be as simple as a box that isn’t checked, like “select/unselect all”? There’s a green check mark at the top of my list of subscribers– should that be next to everyone’s name? It’s not by anyone’s name. Could there be a conflict because Subscribe2 and Quick Subscribe are still on here? Or do I have some major coding problem that will cost big bucks for someone to fix?
