Any Documentation?

Wondering if you have basic documentation somewhere? I have tried to get this working with my content inside a div with id, a div with class, a ul with id and a ul with class and for some reason no matter what I set up around my content I cannot get this plugin to scroll it! I’m sure I’m missing something simple or perhaps I have a conflict with another plugin. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
