Probing for vulnerable PHP code – But it’s me!

    My IP address is whitelisted, but I am still blocked from accessing some php files I am using for testing. Is there a way to whitelist a file or directory so that my tests don’t 403 with “We’re sorry, you are not allowed to proceed”?

    I was WRONG that my IP was whitelisted. It wasn’t.

    I am still interested to know whether a directory or file can be whitelisted.
