• Hello

We are having an interesting issue which we believe may be linked to this plug in.

Many of our customers are able to see and make purchases on our website, but a handful of them cannot. They get a screen saying that the website cannot be reached.

One of the individuals who cannot reach teh website was locked out for 72 hours after 3 lock outs (old customer who couldnt remember password). But we dont know if this is what is causing the website to not exists and for him not to be able to even see it. Whenever we get locked out the website load at the very least.

Is this something you have seen before? If so, how can we revert it? The user has already been ‘unlocked’.

    Thank you

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

The plugin does not affect a site other than its login page, so the “website cannot be reached” error is caused by something else.

You can try to temporarily turn the plugin off and see if that helps (should not).

We’ve seen this before in our practice, but the reason was a network issue, a client-side issue (firewall, adblock, proxy, outdated browser, etc), another security plugin or even a theme, proxy services like Cloudflare, etc. The Limit Login Attempts plugins can’t affect the site the way you described, at least this had never happened before.
