Shabti, thatks for your previous work however, if I try and access the dropdown for any of my 3 taxonomies, nothing happens when I click those fields i.e. I cannot select them at all and as they are mandatory fields, I can’t complete my nomination.

Also, is there a way to increase the number of entries shown on the pc browser where they do work, it is very slow loading more and more entries (I have 600 on one taxonomy)

    Regards and thanks
    Pete

    Hello Pete

    1. The issue you are experiencing with the dropdown fields on mobile might be due to a Js error. Perhaps there is some caching going on blocking the scripts from loading.

    2. Regarding the pc taking a long time to load, I believe there is an option to lazy load the terms in the ACF taxonomy field

    3. How is the date picker being displayed on mobile? Just a normal text field?

1, not sure how I find this, will investigate further
    2, lazy load! I’ll look
3, yes just a txt field

2, cannot find an option for Lazy Load

Hi I realized I didn’t answer your questions, so here goes:

    1. I didn’t see any js bugs in my environment, so I’ll have to take a look at yours
    2. It turns out there isn’t a lazy load option. I was wrong. Although I do remember there being an option like that, but maybe in the relationship field.
In any case the taxonomy field should lazy load these fields when using a dropdown, but I don’t know if there is a way to do it when displaying the choices with checkboxes. What method are you using, dropdown or checkboxes?

I have just reset you up on the site.
I do not know how to change the option for the dropdown in ACF or the Frontend.
