Add different tags per form via CF7

I’d like to know if it’s possible to add a different tag per form?
Additionally, is it possible to add a different tag depending on field input?

I’ll explain. With CF7, you can use pipes to select a different email address to send to. I need to use this for agents in different areas and would like to tag the clients to a specific region if possible.
