    *Sorry I can’t see a way of deleting this ** problem was that client wasn’t pressing the finalise button!!!** Problem solved
    Hello a client just emailed me to tell me she had booked an appointment but there was no sign of it my end. Her screen shots show that she has followed the procedure and the booking is confirmed but it didn’t go into the system. In fact she managed to book an already taken a slot and another one that wasn’t even available. Help! I can forward you screen shots if you wish!
