Category archive links don’t direct to translated archive pages

Hi,

I set up my blog in English, French and Turkish, English is the default one.
I’ve created French translations for all of my categories and I thought everything was working just fine because everything looked great.
But then, I clicked on one of the ‘see more ->’ link and it took me to the English written archive page, not the French one.
However, if I click on the French flag on top of the English written archive page, then it takes me to the correct French written archive page.
So the French archive pages do exist, the language switcher works fine but my category archive links are messed up.

In a sentence, my problem is that my category archive links are directing to the English pages instead of their translated pages.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I’m extremely confused and definitely not tech-savvy.
