Drop Down Navigation Not working – Fantastic Blue Theme

so I’m using the fantastic blue theme, you can tell me if this is a bad move or not.

Problem: My drop down menu isn’t working. I’ve added a page to a ‘ parent Page ‘ that does show up on the nav bar but this secondary page does not show up at all

is there somewhere in a this theme or theme’s in general to see why it’s not working?
