    Hi all…

Product price – Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax is chosen
Tax Rate is set at 20% for the UK
Round tax at subtotal level, instead of rounding per line is ticked

    EXAMPLE
Product is shown in the shop as £11.36 inc tax and £9.47 excl tax

If you purchase 2 of these products, the price on the order in admin/woocommerce/orders shows as
    Cost £9.47
    QTY 2
    Total £18.93

So it has lost £0.01 as 2 of them should be £18.94

Is there any fix or workaround for this?

    Thanks

    Hi there,

It sounds like tax rounding might be coming into play here. Just to check, what’s the number of decimals that your products are set to use? You can find that under WooCommerce > Settings > General > Currency.

Also, is rounding taking place at the subtotal or per-line-item level? You can find that under WooCommerce > Settings > Tax > Rounding.

    Hi @riaanknoetze

    2 decimals is chosen.

Round tax at subtotal level, instead of rounding per line is ticked.
(I’ve tried both ways for this).

It has something to do with the Tax calucalations using 4 decimals i think.

    Thanks
