Changing the viewport meta in the section

This is built into header.php. You can modify header.php and put it in a child theme.

I also looked through your documentation, I didn’t see a list of built-in filters. Do you have a list of Astra filters? Sorta like your cool visual for your Astra hooks?

Currently, we do not have a filter as OceanWP provides.

I will forward this to the concerned team, we can provide a filter in our upcoming updates if possible and also list them in later in our docs.
