How to import new products?

    Initially, I pushed all the products I have in Shopify to my Woocommerce using your plugin. I have since added new products to Shopify but how do I push the new ones to my Woocommere?

    I tried just to just press import again but it just seems not to pick up on the new products. The auto cron updates seem to only apply updates to existing products in my Woocommerce.

    How do I get new products into my Woocommerce?

    No one answers questions on here! I bought the plugin and when I go to ask a question it says my support time has expired so I must pay money to ask a simple question! The plugin never worked from the beginning so why must I pay more!

    I would think this issue stated above should be clear in your instructions but it is not and so I am left with a plugin that imports products from Shopify once and that is it!

    We are sorry for missing your 2 topics. It’s not like what you think, we are always ready to answer this kind of question even you use the free version. We did not receive any email notification of your 2 topics but it’s our fault to not check the forum regularly.

    Regarding your question, at that time you need to delete import history before importing again to get new products. Now you just need to click import and it will automatically delete import history if you already imported all products, orders… before.
