Event booking unpaid added to Approved Bookings, how to only allow paid?

    Hi Franky.
    I’m running into an issue using the RSVP/Booking system. Essentially, if someone abandons their cart (goes to PayPal but doesn’t actually pay) they are still added to the “Approved Bookings” which is allowing people to basically be able to hold tickets/seats for the event.

    Is there a way that if “paid” = No that they are NOT added to the Approved Bookings list? Being that there are limited seats available, we don’t want people to be able to affect the available seats if they have not yet paid.

    Then you should work with booking approvals. Activate the following 3 RSVP options for your event:

    Require booking approval
    Auto-approve booking upon payment
    Consider pending bookings as available seats for new bookings

    (the last 2 will only appear after you select the option “Require booking approval”)
