Theme help typograph, page layout changes depending on log in status

I am using the typograph wordpress theme. I have done some minor tweaking of the theme but have noticed that the whole side bar shifts in position if i view a single post when logged in. If I log out and view a single post the sidebar stays where it should be. It seems like there is a missing closing </div> somewhere but it seems dependent on a user status? can anyone help resolve this?
