Thumbnail behavior

Hello

My client has a website and is using your plugin to upload CSV file with all goods they sell. I have configured an FTP connection so all CSV and images can be uploaded automatically.

However, after we finished with all settings and uploaded all the images I have started facing this issue: all products have variations and different images for each variation. They (products) also have default parameters. When I click on this page PAGE to choose a color I can see a picture of the chosen color. BUT some pictures look like this: SCREENSHOT

Please help, I can’t understand what is causing this issue.
