    We bought the pro version BC Menu Bar Cart Icon For WooCommerce but after the purchase we didn’t receive the key or instructions how we can download the plugin. Your support is down so there is no other way to contact u.

    Please look into it and sent us instructions how we can get the pro version

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
