    Hi all, would like to ask is wordpress able to do like this?
    Task:

    Users need to register/login before submit

    Users need to submit their information, PDF/Documents and do the payment(Online Transfer/Bank In)

    Users received a successful payment notifications/emails

    Users received notifications/emails if shortlisted
