    Hey,

I’ve enabled all of the choices shown under “Integrations” but the default WP password reset request email is still sending, I had the same issue with the “manage notification emails” plugin.

Is there any way to actually disabled this and send a custom email?

    Thank you

    Hi Lewis,

are you using any frontend login/register forms? It may interfere.

Could you confirm you still get the disabled email even when requesting the password reset on /wp-login.php page?

    Hey,

    It works on /wp-login.php.

Is there a way to get it working on a custom login page?

    Thank you

That depends on what you are using for the frontend login form. Would you mind sharing a link or plugin name?

MemberPress is the plugin I am using, it allows you to set a custom login URL for site users.

Thanks Lewis, I’m putting this on the to-do list and will try to integrate with before v7 release.

That’s great thank you! Just as a heads up this appeared on WP backend today, not sure if it’s a one-off.

Yeah, sorry, small issue on our end. The error should already go away but if it not, tomorrow the latest your cache will be refreshed and it will be gone.
