Plz Help! My dashboard is gone!

Hi,
I have a blog located @ https://bettercredit101.com/ which was running fine. I installed a plugin that messed up my site so I deleted the theme (Smells Like Facebook) and then reinstalled the theme. Now my blog is back, however, when I login I am still on the main page of the blog and THERE IS NO DASHBOARD so I am unable to edit plugins, add new posts, etc. How can I get access to my dashboard again?
