The recent update to MainWP has caused PHP warnings/errors to display on a number of my websites. My server’s default configuration is to NOT display these messages.

This issue is cropping up on a number of sites where the only thing that changed recently was the update to MainWP child.

    Please advise.

Hi @pixelbrad, I am not able to duplicate this problem on our test sites.

Can you please open a helpdesk ticket so we can check this further?

    Hi Bogdan,

I made a mistake. I was very confident in my assumption that my web server’s error display was turned off by default, but that proved to not be the case. The update to MainWP Child simply stopped setting display_errors to false, as the changelog indicates.

My fix was to explicitly set display_errors to off in my web server’s PHP configuration.

Thank you for taking the time to test on your test sites. I’ll mark this as resolved.
