is the project still active?

I haven’t seen much talk about this plugin from the original devs in a hot minute. My team and I at Red Barn Technology Group just forked this plugin with the goal of releasing our fork for others. We’re still a handful of weeks away from being ready to do this.

Is there any reason updates aren’t being published to the WordPress Plugins directory?

Yes – but if the latest version on WP is 3 years old – how does one go about installing the newer one from github? I see a Download zip link on github (wp-multi-network-master.zip) – but surely I can’t just unplaod and install that to my multisite? That zip is a folder for proper coders right?

Any insights for a novice welcome.

He is now too big or coward to let us know if the project is still alive or dead.
Reached out to a few contributors. One referred back to the JJJ.

In the interim, I have multiple multisite installs and control them with MainWP.

I do not want you to waste time researching in vain like I did because an author disregards those who adopted his idea.
