Can’t insert template library element

    Hej!

    I’m on the current version of WP, Neve and Otter.

    But i can’t insert an element of the template library when i create a new section.
    I tried with Edge, Chrome and Firefox, i cleared the cache in each of them.

    I can pick an element, but then only a turning wheel comes. The console log says:

    wp-polyfill.min.js (1,66057)

    Hey Marcus,

    Which version of WordPress are you currently using? Can you also give us a link to your website & list of all activated plugins so we could see what’s causing this? This seems a first.

    @malleze One last question, is it happening with all templates? Can you try to import the first and the last one in the list so we can make sure if it’s happening with built-in templates or the templates added by Neve? ??

    Hi Hardeep!

    It doesn’t matter which block of the template library i choose…whether there is Neve or Otter as the author…

    Hey @malleze,

    I replied yesterday with a solution and after that, you replied to me today as if you didn’t get my email.

    I just wanted to confirm if you got my latest mail or should I send the resolution here again? ??

    Anyway, what’s the point in writing a message here and not writing the resolution? The issue was with your .htaccess blocking the access to website. It also does that for the Neve templates. Consider removing that from wp-content folder and it will work properly. ??
