This area of the plugin previously was able to connect to your Google Search Console account and retrieve any crawl errors your site experienced so that they could be addressed without having to log into Google Search Console separately. However, recently Google discontinued it’s crawl errors API that the plugin used to connect and retrieve this information so we are no longer able to display this information, so you’ll now need to view crawl errors and 404s directly from your Google Search Console account. You can access your Google Search Console at the following link: https://search.google.com/search-console/index

We also have more information on this at the following link: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/google-webmaster-tools-not-displaying-crawl-issues/
