Plugin don’t work

    I have the Divi theme. Maybe this is the problem. I disabled all add-ons one by one (not woocommerce) and the add-on does not work, it shows nothing on the product tabs.
    I tried to work with “WooCommerce Custom Product Tabs Lite” before and this didn’t work either. They just don’t show anything.
    In the backuup Custom Product Tabs for WooCommerce it shows all the options, but in the front it shows nothing.
    What can be?

    Hey @gcordero,

    The Divi theme is not compatible with this plugin. If you’re really stuck in a bind you can try out this child theme, but there’s no guarantees on it.

    If you’re not familiar with child themes just have a look in the WordPress codex and it will explain the concept.

    This is a link to download the child theme zip from Github. Just install this theme in any testing environment you have and set it as your main theme. You should then be able to use [custom_product_tabs] on your product edit screen in a text or code block from Divi.

    Hi, I realize that Divi can create their own custom tabs on the products page, so specific add-ons are not necessary, at least now.
    And yes, I’m working with a child theme.

    I have the same problem. I use Divi but I can’t create my own custom tabs.

    Could you tell me how I could create it with Divi?

    With Divi you can manage the product page as if it were a normal page. There you can insert a row with a Divi Tabs Module with information and with any tabs you want to put.
