I’m really sorry for the inconvenience.
One of the most powerful features of Hummingbird is the Assets Optimization, however, it takes time tweaking and it takes more time if you use the advanced mode.
For example, a quick optimization guide would be:
- Configure plugins and make sure plugin optimization options are enabled and configured.
- Once 1 & 2 are done – run AO scan, compress and combine everything
- Move to footer everything, except jquery, jquery-migrate and core theme js
- Move back to header what’s showing errors in browser console
- Defer scripts that you don’t need immediately (like a form script or a spam protection script)
After that, clear cache and give it some time until it builds up again and test.
