NOT WORKING and NO SUPPORT

  • the plugin does not serve WebP pictures which was the reason for me to WASTE MONEY on this plugin.

    first their website did NOT WORK so that i couldnt buy the 3 GB and after they fixed their website the plugin just does NOT WORK providing WebP pictures.

    I asked for support on friday and they say they will answer within the next hours but sure within 24 hours monday to friday.

    Guess what… its now over 24 hours and still no reply, no help and the plugin is not working (my server is fine says siteground).

    so DO NOT WASTE MONEY on this plugin.

    save time and nerves!

  • This is the exact issue I had too so 4 months later and still no resolution.

    They are still taking money, haven’t fixed the checkout in their website just as you mentioned (A known issue they told me) and WebP still doesn’t work (Also a known issue according to them.)
