Changing attachments / Update log

    Hi !

    Something I noticed today. To reproduce:

    1. Delete an existing attachment from a topic.
    2. Edit the existing topic.
    3. Add a new attachment to the topic.
    4. Add a update log text string.
    5. Click Submit.

    The attachment is added but the update log entry is not added to the update log for the topic.
