Main Menu on Mobile Not Working Properly

    Hello,

    I came across an issue with my site’s main menu on mobile.

    On mobile, when I select certain options in the main menu the drop-down options for those do not appear. They do however appear when I access the site on a desktop. This is occurring on all of the main menu options that have a drop-down menu (arrow). The current theme we are using is TheSaaS.

    How would I be able to get the main menu to work properly on mobile, so that it shows the drop-down options when the associated main menu option is selected? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

    -did you purchase the theme from ThemeForest? (if yes, contact Theme specific support team) operation of mobile menu is normally controlled by theme.

    -are you using a plugin to control the mobile menu operation?

    you could try –install health check plugin which can be used in troubleshooting mode to deactivate all plugins and theme – might help narrow down the source of the issue
