Variable product choices don’t display in front

    Hi since 4-6 month we have a very strange bug, some of our variable products don’t display anymore the variable choice on front side. It happens every 2-3 weeks on 5-20% of our products ! And to get back choice on front we just have to edit admin product and just save, variable choice come back on front ! Any idea/advice ? Thanks
