menu is not loading

  • The menu under the product on the header is not loading when the site is initialized unless you resize the browser window. It is very strange. After changing the size of the window, it is working and there is no problem.

    Hi quancore1,

    I suspect it’s something to do with the slider you’re using within the sub menu. Can you try a different slider plugin?

    I am not using plugins but flatsome. I have changed each slider with an image for testing purpose and now it is loading. But what is the problem? Is it an incompatibility issue with flatsome?

    Hi quancore1,

    I think it is an incompatibility with the slider option in flatsome. You could try a different slider though, there are lots of slider plugins available in the plugin directory.
