• We have installed and configured this plugin and have discovered that the checkout page total no longer reflects the coupon adjustments that have been added to the cart. They are still listed above the shipping totals, but the value is no longer deducted from the checkout total.

    Disabling this plugin returns the checkout page to it’s original functionality where it will display the total with the coupon values applied.

    Can you assist in finding a reasonable resolution to this problem?

    this is correct – you cannot add a free shipping code.
    well in fact you can, but then the order won’t get recognized by the plugin.

    the problem also is that you cannot sell digital products or coupons because the ups plugin is interfering with anything that has to do with free shipping.
    please solve that as fast as possible!
