    We are setting up coupons for the first time but all the shipping methods are disabled when we add the coupon code to the cart. The coupon has no special restrictions as its for employees so just having the code should work.

    Message we see is.
    There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.

    And also
    No shipping method has been selected. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.

    Getting some more info should help us assist here!

    Just to confirm, if a coupon isn’t added, the shipping options show correctly?
    Could you send some screenshots of the coupon settings? I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this thread. It works with Chrome, Firefox and Edge.

    Additionally, could you copy and paste your site’s system status report into this ticket? You can get it from your dashboard by going to WooCommerce—> Status.

    First, can you remove that shipping zone titled “free shipping”? This zone is redundant as it covers US and Canada, just like the first zone.

    Next, in your US and Canada zone, please add a free shipping method that requires the use of a coupon. Once you do that, the shipping should show correctly.

    Sorry. I didn’t get a notification or missed it when you responded.

    I tried this. Removed the Shipping Zone: Free Shipping and added it to my US and canada. Still the same
