Ringing only once or max twice

Can you check your browser’s console for any JS errors while it’s ringing?

Yes I can do, but can you explain how I do that please?

While at the dashboard page press the F12 button on your keyboard. It should open the console in another window. When a chat comes in and it starts ringing check the console for any Javascript errors.

There are no errors shown?

Does this happen on all browsers? Have you tested this on another computer?

Yes, all browsers and different computers (desktops and laptops)

Hi do you have any update for me or anything I can check in the settings?

Unfortunately not yet. It doesn’t seem to be related to settings. We will update this topic once we have something.
