unexpected level of support!

I wrote to ask about a plugin conflict, being completely at sea after my webguy of more than a decade left to have a more interesting life. I didn’t expect such a quick response from the plugin owner, nor did I expect his kindness in just taking it over and doing it for me. It’s unheard of from what I can see! I’m so grateful for his great assistance.
