• I have added support for PayPal “Add to Cart” buttons. This version still supports the single-item button. The QuickTag places PayPal button code(XHTML 1.0 compliant) into your posts. It works great with the WP parser.

Go to this link and copy/paste all code to replace the code in your quicktags.js. Make sure you backup your old quicktags.js so you don’t loose anything.

I have customized Quicktags so you might find some other stuff you like!!

You are very welcome! I actually just fixed a small issue I found the other day. I will be posting a new file soon.

Hi does anyone have this in action

Do you mean where you can see a live PP button? Or who is using the QuickTag? I actually haven’t monitored the downloads for this so I am not sure. When I post v1.2 I will start keeping track of who is using the QuickTag.

weird, i copied and pasted ALL into my quicktags…and it’s not showing up?

    NM….it’s called…..”REFRESH”

Could WordPress custom fields be used to populate the paypal form per chance? For example, you could have the paypal form already written in the template and simply add the values to it using custom fields? I’m no expert but wondered if anybody had tried to do this with success?

This appears to break in WordPress 2.0.

Ken, do you have any plans to update the PayPal Quicktag?

I will take a look at this ASAP and post my results. I have been out of touch with my own projects for some time. My day job has been more then a day job that last six months. My weekends and nights are finally freeing up again.

Sorry for not checking into this sooner.

    *sniffle* any news?

i don’t understand what this is supposed to do exactly? is this just a “donate” button? if it is, why not just use the one PayPal provides?

so sad there are no quicktags for safari…

this would really be a great addition.

This actually puts a button into the WP editor to insert the code for selling an item via “add to cart” or “buy now”…there is an explaination at the top.

    @all

I will be working on the WP 2 version this weekend.

No offense, but the description was extremely vague and still is. This sounds more like it should say its for eBay being that eBay is where one does the buying and selling of items via PayPal. PayPal is mearly a way to pay for an item on eBay.

So maybe a full feature description and an example would help.
