Hello @anneyu,

Looks like your list has 3 required fields which are not included in the request data: FNAME, LNAME and MMERGE3.

Depending on which sign-up method you are using you should either add these fields to your form or mark the fields as optional in your Mailchimp list.

To do the latter, log in to Mailchimp.com, go to your list (audience) and go the merge fields page. On that page, untick the checkbox that says “Required” and then save your changes.
