• I upgraded to 1.22 when it came out, and installed Spam Karma a couple of days ago.

    Just now, a user on AOL who’s been vacationing for a week tried to leave a comment, and couldn’t, and mentioned it was her AOL browser preventing her suddenly (she’s commented lots previously). I loosened up Spam Karma a bit, to “lenient,” and am having her give it another shot.

    She wasn’t more specific as to error messages or anything… Any ideas what might have caused this? Or how to fix?

  • No. At least, not without a little more information , such as the actual error(s).

    Otherwise it’s like shooting at ducks. In the dark. When you’re not even sure they’re are any ducks. And you don’t have a gun.

    No idea, but what could be better than not allowing AOL users to comment on your site?! I wish I had that functionality!! ??

    check spam karma’s changelog. look at the changes under version 1.11.
