keep enquiry popup and default add to cart button side by side

Our catalog plugin by default displays the catalog enquiry button only. Now, in order to keep the add to cart button active with enquiry button, you have to do custom code.

Alternatively, you may use WooCommerce Catalog Enquiry Pro (https://wc-marketplace.com/product/woocommerce-catalog-enquiry-pro/) and enable the add to cart option : https://prnt.sc/r3ghur
