Mystery user listed – insert comment

  • This plugin seems like a great idea. However I see a mystery user repeatedly listed along with a mystery action such as “Insert comment : Comment inserted…”
    The info for user name and level is blank. It’s always the same blog comment. Very troubling.
    Any ideas? Thanks.
