Submenu Vanishing

Hello all,

Just recently started working for a company and our previous person who built this site is gone. They are using an older version of BeTheme but we currently can’t update.

For some reason our submenus never stay open. It’s just luck whether you can click on them.

Can anyone take a look at this and see what might be wrong? I would super appreciate it! Have very little knowledge of this stuff.
