[jsupportticket] shortcode no longer working

A few days ago the [jsupportticket] shortcode stopped working on out site. We hadn’t recently updated the plugin.

I checked the page that includes the short code https://www.nwpsaf.eu/site/helpdesk from back end and message stated that this url conflicted. I changed the page to https://www.nwpsaf.eu/site/help-desk. Warning message went away but [jsupportticket] still not interpreted.

I manually reinstalled the plugin, no affect.
Reenter the pro registration key, no affect.

I am waiting for a response from https://jshelpdesk.com/ but nothing helpful after two days.
