The plugin works well, but the link sent in the email leads to an error page saying “There is a critical error on your site” and the download does not start. How to fix this?

    Hi,

The php_fileinfo extension might be disabled in your PHP configuration settings. This is enabled by default normally. You can enable this setting in your DirectAdmin/cPanel environment, or you could ask your hosting.

Please let us know if it has been resolved and if you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

    Best regards,

Since version 2.0.1 an admin notice is shown if this setting is disabled when creating or editing a download form. Therefore I will mark this topic as resolved. If your problem is not resolved or if you have any more questions, feel free to open a new topic.
