    Hello,

after installing the W3Total Cahe the swatches in the product listing have turned to dropdown menu! The plugin I use is Variation Swatches for WooCommerce.

Could you please suggest a solution since I want to keep both plugins.

    Thank you in advance,

    Cheers

    Jo

    Hello @jotzior
I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
Can you please disable minify and see if the issue persists. Also can you please share the screen shots of the issue?
    Thank you.

    Hello Marko,

thank you for the reply. Your suggestion worked but I am wondering, don’t I need the minify in general? (I am just a simple user who is trying to make things work the best way possible)
Based on the W3Total Cache suggestions I have to have the minify enabled!

    Hello @jotzior

Thank you for the information. Yes, Minifying is important, however, in some cases, some theme or plugin files do not work well with minify.
Can you please re-enable minify, to reproduce the issue, go to Performance>Minify, and disable the settings one by one (start with HTML minify, then JS minify and then CSS minify) save the settings and purge the cache after each setting is disabled and see which option might be causing the issue.
    Thank you!

I found it. Is the CSS minify! Can I do something?

    Hello @jotzior

Great! Thank you for the information. Just to confirm, when HTML minify and JS minify are enabled and CSS minify is disabled you are no longer experiencing the issue?
    Thank you!

Exactly! Although based on the original settings HTML minfy was not enabled.
But now I do not have this issue anymore when HTML and JS minify are enabled

I was wondering if I could use the advanced option “Never minify the following CSS files:” and enable CSS minify again?!

    Hello @jotzior

Yes, that would be my suggestion. However, after testing your website on GtMetreix your CSS minify score is A (97). https://gtmetrix.com/reports/tshirtink.gr/nRBgUCmT
Still, you can re-enable CSS minify and add the mentioned plugin CSS files to “Never minify the following CSS files:”
As those files are in your /wp-content/plugins/woo-variation-swatches/assets/css
or you can try excluding the files that are suggested by GtMetrix:

    https://tshirtink.gr/wp-content/plugins/woo-variation-swatches/assets/css/wvs-theme-override.min.css?ver=1.0.75

    https://tshirtink.gr/wp-content/plugins/woo-variation-swatches/assets/css/frontend.min.css?ver=1.0.75

    https://tshirtink.gr/wp-content/plugins/woo-variation-swatches/assets/css/frontend-tooltip.min.css?ver=1.0.75

Just add the URL of the fiels above one by one and save all settings.
    Thank you!

    Hello Marko,

Sorry but that with the URLs pasting did not work! Any other suggestion?

    (@jotzior)

    Oh! Nevermind!
I had to add the URLs from /wp-content…..till css, without the ? and version!
    Thanks again ??
