The local time settings in WordPress is wrong

  • I live in Sweden and the time should be 10:58.

    But it says in the settings options:

    UTC-tiden ?r 2009-10-13 10:55:31 Lokal tid ?r 2009-10-13 12:55:31

    In otherwords UTC-time is 10:55:31, that is the correct time. Then it says Local time is: 12:55:31. Two hours ahead… what could be causing this problem? Any idea how to fix it?
