Add WPML compatibility to translate forms

WPML is one of the most used plugins to translate WordPress websites, but it cannot be used to translate Caldera forms. And your own translation plugin is full of bugs and discontinued.
WPML can already translate these other forms: Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, WPForms, Contact Form 7, Toolset Forms, see this page

There are many other form plugins for WordPress and we’d love to work on compatibility with them. What we need is active participation from the other author. We do much of the work, but the other author needs to help us with a little bit of integration and support work.
