Field Service Tech Dispatching Plugin?

    Looking for a plug-in that would allow me to do the following:

    Create “manager” users
    Create “employee” users (the people doing the work)
    Send service request to selected employee
    Employee can Accept or Deny request, and if they accept they can enter/update the service date and time
    Manager receives notification of employee response to accept/deny service
    When employee complete work, they mark service request completed and enter number of hours spent completing service – manager is notified

    Anything out there that does this or do I need to build a custom workflow using Formidable Forms or Form7 or something?

    Try Bookly, I installed that for a client a few years back and I think it would do what you want.

    I recommended Bookly as in the free plugin figuring the OP can make his own decision as to the suitability and the possible need for the pro version.

    The OP has not expressed any interest in following my recommendation as far as I know so your mention of him in your reply seems a little premature.

    I’m also a little put off at your efforts to railroad my recommendation straight into the pro version.
