ftp running wild

Good day,

My ftp has gone wild. All the major letters are converted to minor letter, for example from style-Blue.php it turns to style-blue.php. I have several themes that are case-sensitive and they use lots of major letters. Is there a setting in my ftp where i can change this preferences? I use Windows Commander 7.04a.
